Staying In Las Vegas’ Infamous Luxor Resort (It Was Bad)

Notably, and perhaps infamously, standing on the southern end of the Las Vegas strip, sits a casino like no other. It’s the Luxor, a massive glass pyramid themed after Egypt and one which has been open since the early 1990’s. But today, it’s a poorly reviewed and ultra cheap resort. So I figured, let’s try it out. This is my review of the Luxor Las Vegas, in the highest suite you can get within the iconic Pyramid!

  1. Stayed there in 95 it was cool as hell. Went back a few years ago, all these new mega hotels and the old ones are falling apart. The Strat, Circus Circus, Rio, Excalibur, All old now. The cheaper the room the cheaper the people that stay and are gross in the rooms.

  2. When i was there the atrium area was still a wip, most of the exbits were not open. Room wasnt nearly as dirty as that suite. But the hallway was behind that egyptian city scape so could see all the ugly duct work and the stench was mind bogglingly bad. Buffet was great. All in all wasnt a horrible stay precovid but looks like its really gone downhill
