Every time I see people talk about how their first impression of Las Vegas was waiting 3 hours to check into their hotel room, I’m going to make a video about it. This is an unacceptable experience for our guests and though all hotels can experience system failures and staffing issues, this has become the norm at many Caesars owned properties. By the time you arrive to spend your first day in line, they’ve already got your money. Choose resort hotels that invest in staff and technology to make your vacation more enjoyable. #vegas #lasvegas #vegasstarfish #vegashotels #vegasnews
Looks like an airport security line
Haven't gone to Vegas in 10 years. Don't miss it.
As long as people keep showing up to Vegas and putting up with it, why would Caesars change anything?
I agree … wave the resort fee !
I'm sorry but this is a Vegas casino hotel… they can take from casino profits to pay for check-in desk attendents with the casino profits.
I live in a medium-ish sized Canadian city and have never seen any with less than 3…. and they diddn't even have a casino.
