Today we start at Jay’s house as he is reviewing the last JayTV video and check out some of the fan’s comments. We then, head out to Hide and Iris’s Powerhouse Las Vegas for another shoulder session using some of their best machines. Today, we actually ran into the 10X Ms Olympia herself! We finish the day with a post workout In N Out run. Fun stuff!
