IFBB Pro Abbas Khatami introduces Mike Cambra. Mike just finished 3rd at the NPC North American Championships in the over 50 and 4th in the over 40. He is now prepping for the Masters USA in 12 weeks but most importantly, Mike has known and been friends with Jay since Jay was 19 years old. He has been one of the first person to help Jay get situated in California when he moved from Massachusetts in 1999.
