Training Shoulders and Visiting the Marines at Camp Lejeune with 4X Mr Olympia Jay Cutler
This is an abbreviated version of my traditional workout. When i am on the road I’m typically limited to the amount of time I have for the gym but i always make sure to do something.
Shoulder Workout:
Hammer Strength Press 5×15
Lateral Delt Raises 5×12
Front Delt Bar Raises (incline Bench) 4×10
Rear Delt Rope Pull SS/Rear Delt Machine Fly 4×15
